Pay securely online with PayPal using your MasterCard, American Express, Visa, or Discover.  One advantage of PayPal is flexibility of payment type. PayPal also allows secure payment with protection for both the buyer and seller. In addition, since payment transfer is virtually instant, your work is returned more quickly.

Contact me in advance if other payment arrangements are necessary. Payment method issues will be addressed on a case by case basis. Keeping your account current is important to our mutual business success.

Before any charges are accrued, I will communicate with you in depth to ensure my understanding of your requirements. Once we are both in agreement as to the task, the estimated time for completion, and cost, I require new clients to pay a deposit. I will initiate work on the project upon receipt of the agreed upon deposit. As our partnership grows, the deposit requirement will be discontinued.

Web Design

Costs for Web design will be determined after consultation. Every business has unique needs when it comes to Web site development. My Star Asset will work closely with you to meet your needs and expectations with a distinctive design best suited for your company's mission. I will work within an affordable budget to develop a site that will exceed your expectations.

*New Hourly Fees (Just Lowered!)

Just have a small job or a few tasks? I charge an hourly fee of $20 with a minimum rate of one hour per project. The fee for additional time per project charged at the hourly rate is based on 15-minute increments. For example, if the project takes 1 hr 40 minutes, you will be invoiced for 1.75 hrs. at $20 for a total of $35. The hourly rate is a great solution for small businesses or small projects. Unlike a full time employee of your business, I only charge for the actual hours worked on your project. You do not pay for idle time or employee taxes and benefits.

*Sample Monthly Retainer Packages

A monthly retainer is often more efficient for recurring projects and continuing assistant needs. My Star Asset offers competitive monthly retainer rates to give clients a discounted rate for a specified number of hours each month. I guarantee you full accessibility for the set number of hours you reserve. With a retainer package you can take comfort knowing I will be available when needed and you save money at the same time.

Payment for monthly retainer packages is expected by the first of each month to guarantee your reservation of hours. The hours will not be reserved for you until I receive your payment through PayPal. The hours for retainer packages are allotted on a "first come, first serve" basis. Timely payment allows me to more effectively manage my time for you. You will be informed in advance of any potential time conflicts.

The following are the most frequently requested packages:

Basic Star Package : $175 for 10 hours reserved per calendar month

Two Star Package : $350 for 20 hours reserved per calendar month

Three Star Package: $425 for 25 hours reserved per calendar month

Five Star Package : $825 for 50 hours reserved per calendar month

"Build Your Own Star Retainer Package": Contact me if you have needs that are not addressed by the above packages. My Star Asset can customize a retainer package to best suit your business requirements taking into account not only the time required for a given project but also the complexity. I have no problem in being flexible. Good communication is the key to both of our businesses succeeding.

*Possible Additional Expenses

Occasionally there are additional expenses such as postage, shipping, couriers, or business supplies specifically required to complete your project. These costs are not included in any of the rates quoted above. I will contact you in advance to alert you to the expense(s). My Star Asset will not bill you unexpectedly. As I mentioned above, communication is the key to the success of or business relationship and to the growth of both of our businesses.

Make the most of your reservation. Retainers are based on the calendar month only. If you chooses not to utilize your entire reservation, I cannot carry the unused portion over into the following month. The unused hours are forfeited at midnight of the last day of the month. The reserved hours belong to you for the month purchased once payment is received. Refunds cannot not be given for unused portions of retainer reservations. You can choose a different package each month as your needs fluctuate.
